This is the perfect home if you’re looking for a long-term stay in Buffalo. It has everything that you need, and it is local with walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and all sorts of other adventures. It feels super cozy and comfortable. The fireplace is amazing. Please note we got locked out one night, but Darren was very proactive and resolved it the next day. Trash is easily accessible. Parking is relatively easy and becomes a fun game. Thank you for the home, Darren, and hopefully see you again.

Darren is a great host. He is very responsive and understanding.. The house was as pictured and very comfortable. during my stay, the weather was not good with lots of snow, but the shoveling was kept up with by the house caretaker. The house was charming and historic similar to a craftsman style. With this also comes a little bit of quirkiness. I was in the lower unit and I could hear some noise from the upper unit which also had guests, but the noise was very diminished during quiet hours at night. The heat was better in the front of the house and it was a bit drafty in the back of the house where the kitchen and bedrooms were but I like to sleep in a cooler rather than hotter environment and blankets can always warm you up. The location is very good with easy access to highways to access places in the larger metro area, and also close to the downtown area and close-in Neighborhoods.. I would happily stay again.

Darren’s place was a great spot to stay for our group of 3 and was very clean and looked like a brand new space. He was a responsive host and check-in and out instructions were clear and made the whole process easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent house in a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. Worked out very well for us. The house itself was well maintained and we had no issues at all. Darren was very responsive during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Darren was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and recommendations. The house was in a great location if you are going to a sabers or bills game. The house was broken into 2 apartments that connected by a door down the stairs. Great house for six people. Thanks

Perfect spot for anyone looking to stay SUPER CLOSE downtown for the food/bar scene. Literally a 30 second walk to Gabe’s Gate, Frizzys & a handful more. The place was spotless, cozy, temp control for every room, 2 spotless modern bathrooms, lax living space and kitchen! Really enjoyed the washer dryer after a wet & cold Bills game. Literally incomparable convenience to any other rental or hotel. Thanks a lot. Always will be the first spot I look for availability. Go Bills.

Es uno de los lugares mas bonitos que he estado, super completo. Tiene todo lo básico necesario, super limpio, fácil acceso, ubicación bonita, amabilidad, hay café, chocolate, agua, te, azúcar, sal, condimentos, utensilios, arrancar de lavado, toallas, jabones orgánicos, todo todo lo necesario para un viaje. Afuera estábamos a -8°C y la calefacción fue perfecta

We needed a space for a large group of family, as we were attending a Ceremony of Life event. Being able to find a suitable place that was close to the event was very important. Darren responded to our request and question, quickly and was very helpful. The double apartment combination was charming, clean, safe and provided the space we needed. If anyone needs a venue in Buffalo, close to many attractions, we would recommend this accommodation...

A wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby in walking distance. All in all a great value and we would absolutely stay here again if staying in Buffalo!
