- For guests bringing pets, please ensure they are clean, the yard is cleaned up after them, they stay off the furniture, and are crated if left unattended.

-* Anyone breaking our house rules will be evicted with the help of police if necessary and charged a $500 fee.
- I only accept primary guests 25 years old above
- Late check-out fee: $50 for each half hour after 11 am.
- FOR more than 7 night's reservation, we have a weekly cleaning of $150 for the property. I'll be sending an Airbnb payment link for the weekly cleaning fee.

Darren is a great host. He is very responsive and understanding.. The house was as pictured and very comfortable. during my stay, the weather was not good with lots of snow, but the shoveling was kept up with by the house caretaker. The house was charming and historic similar to a craftsman style. With this also comes a little bit of quirkiness. I was in the lower unit and I could hear some noise from the upper unit which also had guests, but the noise was very diminished during quiet hours at night. The heat was better in the front of the house and it was a bit drafty in the back of the house where the kitchen and bedrooms were but I like to sleep in a cooler rather than hotter environment and blankets can always warm you up.
The location is very good with easy access to highways to access places in the larger metro area, and also close to the downtown area and close-in Neighborhoods..
I would happily stay again.

Darren's place was clean, in a great location, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but were perfect for what my group and I needed. Closets had hangers and each room was stocked with towels and toothbrushes. Darren went above and beyond with check-in instructions and local recommendations. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Darren was an outstanding host, extremely responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured and described: spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. As a family of five, we had plenty of space and felt right at home.
The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbors that added to the sense of safety and comfort. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything needed to prepare meals, plus thoughtful extras like a blender, perfect for my morning smoothies!
Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We felt cared for, relaxed, and completely at ease. Without a doubt, we’ll be looking to book with Darren again the next time we’re in the Buffalo area.
