*Registered guests only *Primary guests 25 years old and above *Maximum 8 adults *Please do not flush wipes or put grease down drain * For guests bringing pets, please ensure they are clean, the yard is cleaned up after them, they stay off the furniture, and are crated if left unattended. *Anyone breaking the house rules, including undisclosed pets, will be removed from the property with police assistance if necessary and charged a $500 fee *Please use bathroom fans during and after showers *Please put full garbage bags in blue totes and recycling in green totes on side of the building *Late check-out fee: $50 for each half hour after 11 am - FOR more than 7 night's reservation, we have a weekly cleaning of $200 for the property. My Stay was great. No complaints at all. Home was beautiful and spotless. Darren gave us extra towels without asking. And I felt right at home. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to alot of restaurants and other places I needed to go to. Definitely recommend if your in the buffalo area to stay here. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Darren's place is great for medium to large size groups. Nice sized common areas along with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, the apartments served the purpose for my group of visitors. Everyone was happy with room to manuever, congregate along with having privacy. The block the apartment is on quiet. The surrounding neighborhood is walkable and offers with all the amenities of city life including great restaurant options. Will definitely stay at Darren's again!

We rented 2 units for a bills game weekend. We really like the Allentown neighborhood and this is a great location. Units are first floor and just as pictured. The host was super helpful and responsive. Great experience. Only negative is the people upstairs do clomp around in a very noisy fashion.
