- Please clean and rearrange the house before checking out. For excessive trash and strong food odor we collect additional cleaning fee.
- Garbage in blue totes, recycling in green totes
- For guests bringing pets, please ensure they are clean, the yard is cleaned up after them, they stay off the furniture, and are crated if left unattended.
- Maximum 8 adults
- PLEASE do NOT block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway, you will be ticketed
- Please park on the street Tuesday and Wednesday so we can roll the garbage totes to and from the curb for pickup. Message me if you'd like to roll totes to be able to park in the driveway.
- Please return anything you bring to the second floor or vice versa, ie. silverware
- Late check out fee - $50 every hour after 11 am.
-* Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone breaking house rules will be fined $500 and evicted from the property with police assistance if necessary.
- Primary guests 25 years old and above
- Please do not block the sidewalk with your vehicle at any time.
- FOR more than 7 night's reservation, we have a weekly cleaning of $150 for the property. I'll be sending an Airbnb payment link for the weekly cleaning fee.

7-11 is a short walk around the block on Grant St. Sweetness 7 cafe opens at 7 am around the block for excellent coffee and breakfast/brunch. Gypsy Parlor is the spot for dinner and nightlife a couple blocks away. We are a 20 minutes drive to Niagara Falls.

Our family visited Buffalo and stayed at this property — it was perfectly set up in a very safe and quiet area. Everything was just perfect! I highly recommend this place to everyone. You’ll truly enjoy your stay because it’s comfortable, convenient, and located not too far from Niagara Falls.

We have now stayed at two of Darren's Airbnb locations and everytime everything is super smooth and the places are immaculate. I would recommend any place that Darren has available.

We had a large group and comfortably fit everyone well. Well maintained and the host was very good at communication. Street parking is easy on weekends. 30 mins drive from Niagra was perfect to stay away from crowd. Only thing that would've made the stay great was laundry and dryer since we were doing water activities with large group but laundromat is available nearby per listing.
