- Only registered guests - Please clean and rearrange the house before checking out. For excessive trash and strong food odor we collect additional cleaning fee. - Garbage in blue totes, recycling in green totes - For guests bringing pets, please ensure they are clean, the yard is cleaned up after them, they stay off the furniture, and are crated if left unattended. - Maximum 8 adults - PLEASE do NOT block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway, you will be ticketed - Please park on the street Tuesday and Wednesday so we can roll the garbage totes to and from the curb for pickup. Message me if you'd like to roll totes to be able to park in the driveway. - Please return anything you bring to the second floor or vice versa, ie. silverware - Late check out fee - $50 every hour after 11 am. -* Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone breaking house rules will be fined $500 and evicted from the property with police assistance if necessary. - Primary guests 25 years old and above - Please do not block the sidewalk with your vehicle at any time. - FOR more than 7 night's reservation, we have a weekly cleaning of $150 for the property. I'll be sending an Airbnb payment link for the weekly cleaning fee. - Please send the code word "Buffalo Pizza" with your initial message so I know you have read entirely and understand the listing.

Neighborhood

7-11 is a short walk around the block on Grant St. Sweetness 7 cafe opens at 7 am around the block for excellent coffee and breakfast/brunch. Gypsy Parlor is the spot for dinner and nightlife a couple blocks away. We are a 20 minutes drive to Niagara Falls.

Darren‘s Airbnb was very spacious and very comfortable. He has added amenities like coffee, creamer and snacks. Things I have not had at other rentals, that were a release extra special touch. My family commented on how comfortable the beds were. We were in town for a very short time for a funeral so we did not get to see the neighborhood, but Darren still provided lots of recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it for families in large larger groups.
