- Registered Guests Only - $25 late check-out fee for each half hour - Please run the bathroom fan during and after showers - For guests bringing pets, please ensure they are clean, the yard is cleaned up after them, they stay off the furniture, and are crated if left unattended. - Garbage in black tote, recycling in the green tote - No parking on the house (south) side of Tulane Rd - Max 4 adults - * Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone caught breaking our house rules will be ejected from the property with police assistance if necessary and a $500 fee - FOR more than 7 night's reservation, we have a weekly cleaning of $120 for the property. I'll be sending an Airbnb payment link for the weekly cleaning fee. - Please send the code word "Buffalo Pizza" with your initial message to confirm you understand the house rules.
