- Registered guests only - For guests bringing pets, please ensure they are clean, the yard is cleaned up after them, they stay off the furniture, and are crated if left unattended. - Late check out fee - $30 every half hour after 11 am. - Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed - FOR more than 7 night's reservation, we have a weekly cleaning of $200 for the property. My family and I felt right at home while staying at Darren’s place. It was spacious, clean and full of necessities. The beds were super comfortable- the cleanliness of the home was my favorite - you can tell that someone sanitized the home prior to our arrival. Will stay again

Darren reached out prior to the stay and ensured we had all of our potential questions answered ! Darren was polite and very thorough! Darren’s communication was great throughout the entire process ! The property is in walking distance of the stadium and everything downtown ! If you have kids there is a friendly park directly across the street ! His place gives you a city feel reminded me of a brownstone in NewYork ! The home has been decorated nicely with updated amenities ! One of the best non material things about this house is the smell !! I say this because often you enter hotels or air bnb and there is a smell ! Darren’s home is equipped with plug ins and automatic air recenters that ensured the home kept its clean fresh welcoming smell and that for me was the best part . The house is very clean as listed ! Everything in the home was comfortable and in working condition ! Space offers a private backyard and lots of space on the inside ! Thanks Darren
