Updated very comfortable 1920's family home 1st floor entire apartment. Custom kitchen with all modern appliances. Nice entertainment system. Very comfortable, recently professionally cleaned carpets. This is the first floor apartment of a 2 unit home.

I stayed here couple of nights with my family. Great place, great location, close to all the things you need. The place was exactly as in the pictures. Darren was a great host, extremely responsive even late in night and very friendly.

Darren was an outstanding host who made our Buffalo experience seamless from start to finish. His communication was exceptional - he was incredibly responsive and always available when we had questions.
The house itself was absolutely immaculate and beautifully organized. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, with all promised amenities available and in perfect working order. You can tell Darren takes great pride in maintaining his property.
The location couldn’t have been better - we loved being so close to the city center for exploring Buffalo’s attractions and restaurants. As an added bonus, Niagara Falls was just a 20-minute drive away, making it easy to experience one of the area’s most iconic destinations.
We would definitely stay with Darren again and highly recommend his place to anyone visiting the Buffalo area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Darren was a wonderful host! The street on which his property resides is like something out of a fairytale. There are beautiful trees stretching down both sides of the street. Wait till you see the kitchen and light fixtures.. thanks Darren, I hope we cross paths again :) <3
