- Only registered guests in the apartment - PLEASE do NOT block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway, you will be ticketed - Please park on the street Tuesday and Wednesday so we can roll totes to the curb for pickup Wednesdays - For guests bringing pets, please ensure they are clean, the yard is cleaned up after them, they stay off the furniture, and are crated if left unattended. - Maximum 4 adults - Please use bathroom fan during and after showers -* Anyone breaking our house rules will be evicted with the help of police if necessary and charged a $500 fee. - I only accept primary guests 25 years old above - Late check-out fee: $50 for each half hour after 11 am. - FOR more than 7 night's reservation, we have a weekly cleaning of $120 for the property. Darren’s place was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. We only stayed overnight but the neighboring neighborhood has a lot of great restaurants and shops. We had a great meal at Jack Rabbit. Would stay here again!
